The 2017 New Apple Book Awards for Excellence in Independent Publishing
2017 ENTRY FORM
Step 1) Click here to download the printable Online Entry Form
Step 2) Fill out entry form, choosing the appropriate category(s) for your submission.
Step 3) Figure total cost due.
1) Payments received up to May 1, 2017 are eligible for Early Bird Registration and are $40 for first category plus $20 for each additional category.
2) Payments received between May 2 and September 1, 2017 are $50 for first category plus $25 for each additional category.
3) Payments received after September 1 are $70 for first category plus $35 for each additional category.
Step 4) Pay for your entry online with your credit card using the secure payment link below or mail your payment (check or money order) with your entry. To receive Early Bird pricing, payment must be received by May 1, 2017.
Step 5) Send your book for entry submission.
Audiobook entries must be submitted in mp3 or audio cd format and mailed to the address below.
E-Book entries must be submitted in pdf or doc format and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Each email entry must include a scanned copy of the entry form and either check number (if mailing payment) or proof of online transaction.
Print Book and audiobook entries must include a copy of the entry form and either payment made payable to "New Apple" or proof of online transaction.
All payments must be in USD and be postmarked no later than December 1, 2017.
Step 6) Wait patiently. Official Selections and Winners will be notified by email by February 15, 2018.
